InBody Scan and Read - Non-member (Sep 21, 2025 - Sep 27, 2025)
Best Practice for Scan:
Test on an empty stomach.
Test in the morning, if possible.
Test after morning potty.
Test before exercising.
Avoid sauna or bath before scan.
Stand up-right at least 5 minutes before scanning.
Requirements for scan:
For all:
No pacemakers.
No medical implant devices.
No essential support devices.
No patient monitoring systems.
Remove all smart watches/tracking monitors from person.
Women:
Must wear lightweight shorts/biker shorts and sports bra.
You may also wear light pants and tank-top as well.
** During menstruation, there may be temporary fluctuations in fluid levels that can affect the results.
Men:
Must wear light shorts/biker shorts.
You may wear light pants and tank-top.
